How We Process Your Information

MomentCine is built around the principle of local processing, which means all data handling occurs directly on your device, with no data sent to external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services. This ensures that your information never leaves your device unless you actively choose to share it. When you use the app, the following processes take place entirely on your device:

• Importing photos: When you import a photo from your device’s camera or photo library, the image file remains on your device. We do not upload, copy, or transmit the original photo to any external location, server, or third party.
• AI styling generation: The AI model within MomentCine processes the imported photo locally to generate an artistic result. All processing steps—including analyzing the image’s colors, textures, and composition—happen on your device, and no intermediate data, processing logs, or temporary files related to the image are sent outside your device.
• Saving and managing results: Any artistic results generated by the app are saved locally on your device. These results are stored in the app’s internal local storage, which is only accessible to you through the app itself, and we have no access to this storage or the content within it.

Since all processing is local, we never have access to your original photos, generated results, or any other data related to your usage of the app. You are the sole owner of all your content, and we do not collect, store, or access any of it beyond what is necessary to run the app locally on your device.

Management of Your Content

All content you create or import using MomentCine is fully under your control. The app includes a local Records page where all your generated artistic results are organized, and you have complete authority to manage this content as you wish, with full control over every aspect of your data:

• Viewing results: You can open any generated result in a detail view to review it at any time, directly on your device.
• Saving results: You can save any generated result to your device’s photo library, where it will be stored alongside your other photos, under your full control.
• Sharing results: If you choose to share a generated result, the sharing process is handled entirely through your device’s native sharing features—we do not collect or store any information about the shares you make, or the recipients of your shared content.
• Deleting results: When you delete a result or record from the app’s Records page, the related information is permanently removed from your device. We do not retain any copies of the deleted content, and there is no way for us to recover it, as all data is stored locally.

You are the sole owner of all your content, and you have the right to modify, save, share, or delete it at any time. We do not have access to your content, and we never make any decisions about your content without your explicit action.

We Do Not Collect Facial Data or Facial Identity Information: When you manage your content—whether viewing, saving, sharing, or deleting it—we do not collect any facial data from the images. If you delete a photo or generated result that contains a face, the facial information in that content is permanently deleted from your device, and we have no way to access or recover it. Permissions and Access

MomentCine only requests the minimum permissions necessary to provide its core features, and these permissions are solely for local use on your device. The app will prompt you for permission to access your device’s camera and photo library—these permissions are required to import photos (from your library) or capture new photos (using your camera) for styling. We do not request any other permissions, such as access to your microphone, location, contacts, or any other sensitive data, ensuring we only access what is necessary to provide our service.

It is important to note that these permissions are granted solely to your device, not to MomentCine or any external server. We do not use these permissions to collect, store, or transmit any data—they are only used to allow the app to interact with your device’s camera and photo library locally. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s settings, and doing so will only prevent the app from importing or capturing photos (it will not affect any existing content stored on your device).

When you use the camera to capture a photo, the image is stored directly on your device, and we do not extract any facial information from it.
